----FEEL GOOD DRAG ,It was only ten o'clock in the morning, and already the day was not going according to plan for Alexandra Blaine. Her head was pounding with a killer headache thanks to the large quantity of alcohol she had consumed the previous night, and she had just gotten off the phone with her mother, who "missed her" and was begging her to come back to New York. Fat chance, Alex thought to herself scornfully.
Her ex-boyfriend lived in New York. Not that she was afraid of seeing him… Yes, yes, it was a big city, but still. The warm weather and the sandy beaches were just what Alex needed right now. As she her silver Mustang down the street, she glanced to her right at the already crowded beach. Maybe she would go for a swim later. But at the moment, she just felt like zoning out with a walk on the pier, perhaps trying to get into a better mood, since she felt a bit murderous.
She lingered near a couple of stands that sold handmade dresses. They were quite adorable, really but she didn't feel like carrying around a dress. An awkward looking boy stared at her openly and gave him a small smirk, which sent his jaw dropping. But Alex wasn't in the mood to flirt or make any boys fall for her, strangely. What she felt like was being a bitch. If only someone was there to take out her anger on. Her phone rang, and she pulled it out of her bag to find that it was her mother again. Hell no, she thought, hitting the ignore button. Suddenly, before she even had looked up, someone bumped into her shoulder hard. "Hey!" she said, looking up to see who had rudely run into her.

Audriana wasn't entirely sure why she found herself at the pier. The only other two times she'd been there was with Jon, both of which had been quite enjoyable, but until now, she'd never actually thought of going by herself. Despite having lived in Santa Monica for several years now, the pier was a place she tended to stay away from, as her parents always insisted that she be trailed by body guards when going somewhere with so many people - a concept she loathed. It made her feel cut off, restricted even. Now, however, her parents were gone in Hawaii, and she was just getting over the awful bug she'd had for two days. Finding something to do on the pier wasn't half as easy. The rides looked fun, but she tended to prefer to do such things in the company of other people; doing them on her own just seemed lame. There were all sorts of little shops that she had taken a look at, though she'd yet to purchase anything - in fact, she'd only spent about five minutes, tops, in each one. It wasn't that they didn't interest her, exactly. She just had an antsy, needing-to-move sort of feeling, and the shops were either just stands or so tiny that they might as well have been. Walking, in her mind, was a far better option at the moment. She was tying her hair back in a ponytail, her eyes pointing slightly downward, when she felt someone slam into her. The first thing she noticed was the cell phone in the person's hand; they hadn't been paying attention, either, apparently. Annoyed more at the situation than the person, she let her hair fall back down and glanced up at the person, her eyes instantly narrowing when she saw Alex - the girl she'd had the little "run-in" with online. Awesome, she thought flatly to herself. Deciding it was best not to engaged, she muttered, "Watch it," under her breath and moved to step around her to continue walking.

----FEEL GOOD DRAG ,To her very great surprise, Alex looked up to find that she actually recognized the face in front of her. A few inches shorter and more than a few years younger, there stood Audriana, the little high school actress that Alex actually knew. Well, sort of knew, thanks to the wonders of cyber space. It hadn't been a pleasant encounter, and almost immediately Alex's already horrid mood flared to life again. Her blood boiled when she heard the words that the girl muttered so insolently. Watch it. No. No no no. She did not just say that. Alex put her hands on her hips and looked down her nose at the girl in front of her.
"Um, excuse me?" she said in the bitchiest tone she could possibly muster. There was no way she was just going to let this girl saunter off, as it appeared she intended to do, after running into her and then making such a rude remark. Some tiny, vague voice inside Alex's head told her to just let it go, that it wasn't a big deal, that it was just her bad mood getting the best of her... But Alex shoved that tiny voice aside, silencing it. Once Alex got mad, she didn't get unmad very easily.
She crossed her arms and stared down at the girl haughtily. "Aren't you going to apologize?" she demanded. For she certainly wasn't going to apologize. Apologizing was just not something Alex did well, or at all, for that matter. There was hardly a time that she could recall when she had last apologized, or admitted that she was wrong. Well, it wasn't her fault that other people were wrong and she was right so often. But at the moment, Alex felt completely in the right. She didn't give a though to the fact that she hadn't been paying attention either, looking down at her cell phone. But who cared? She felt like being a bitch, and it just so happened that the perfect person to take it out on had come along and bumped right into her.

Audriana could practically feel the air become tense as Alex's mood worsened, and she didn't need to actually glance back at her to know that her hands were on her hips. For a moment, she simply stood there, pursing her lips and debating whether or not it was wise to get into anything with her... But, then again, there weren't many other people around, and Audriana wasn't the type of girl to just leave something be without defending herself; she had more pride than that, and the sound of Alex's obnoxious devil-may-care voice asking "excuse me?" was more than enough to set her off. She took a quick glance around to make sure that there weren't any paparazzi in sight (the presence of which could turn a small argument into a media-centric feud) before turning back on her heel to face her. Just the sight of Alex going all high-and-mighty, staring down her nose like that, was enough to make Audriana bristle. The girl obviously had a diva complex, a fact that increased her annoyance none too little, and the holier-than-thou attitude that demanded that (and was clearly used to) people respond to her every whim made her muscles twitch. However, she took it even a step further, and that was what made Audri's eyebrow raise in obvious incredulity. She wanted an apology? When she'd been staring at her cell phone instead of paying attention to where she was going? The chances of that made zero seem like a good number, and Audriana shook her head, hardly knowing whether or not to take her seriously. Apologize?" she asked, her lips twisting into an oddly amused grin. She chuckled under her breath. It was rare for her to apologize to anyone, even the people she liked, because for the most part, Audriana said what she meant and meant what she said. She stuck up for her opinions and didn't care who had a problem with them, so there was rarely any need to do so. The only time she'd actually said the words 'I'm sorry' to anyone in literally months had been to Jon, and if she didn't respect and care about him as much as she did, it never would've happened. The idea of Alex demanding - and worse, expecting - an apology was truly laughable. "Dream on, princess," she said flatly. "I'm not sorry at all."
